Leadership Development

Educational Consulting

Dr. Korver has led the development of enterprise-wide educational programs for leaders and employees. She has sometimes led sizeable instructional design teams in both corporate and academic settings. As an experienced curriculum and course designer, she teaches others new to instructional design, learning and development, and talent management how to approach projects that may entail Instructor-led Programs (ILT), online learning (eLearning), podcasting, and self-development tools.

With expertise in executive education, adult learning, and course design, she has co-designed MBA and MSOD curricula for institutions of higher learning, including Tufts University, Queens University, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Based on her extensive experience at multinational organizations, universities also seek her guidance for their executive development functions. In some cases, this work involves the strategic approach to a client requirement, designing the program(s), pricing the program, or selecting faculty.

Dr. Korver also served on the Wharton Aresty Institute Executive Education Advisory Board for several years, where she served on a 35-member board to provide market guidance in the design and presentation of executive education.

Dr. Korver is available to consult, collaborate, and teach with Leadership Development faculty and program design teams to shape relevant program agendas, develop learning architectures, advise on practical learning tools, and guide educational programs and curricula evaluation.

“Louise is able to take multiple stakeholders and multiple agendas and coalesce them into a strong, agreed upon set of outcomes and design principles. Louise has the ability to be very creative in design elements and not just putting together the “standard” set of program elements but designing something compelling and effective, while identifying the right resources internal and external to deliver on those elements.”
