Louise is a C-Suite coach, focused on developing global leaders, women in leadership and accelerating fast-track MBAs in the leadership pipeline. Louise brings experience across multiple industries from her work with Gartner, Ingersoll Rand, Bank of America, EMC, H. J. Heinz, and AT&T. Her work is informed by her distinguished career over the last 15 years as the head of global enterprise Executive Development functions at Bank of America, EMC Corporation, and AT&T and her early career as an organizational development consultant and trainer. Louise received the elite Gold Award from Chief Learning Officer Magazine for launching EMC’s global Executive Coaching practice. She particularly enjoys coaching global executives with complex operating roles, women in senior leadership roles, and high potential MBAs.
Louise is a graduate of the executive programs at both Harvard Business School and Wharton. She is a board certified professional coach (BCC and PCC), and is ABD with an Masters in Human & Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University with an emphasis on leadership studies. She has served on the Boards of Wharton’s Aresty Institute, chaired program committees of the Conference Board, and served on the advisory board of the Human Capital Institute.
